Can the customer complete the capture, or can our team do it too?
Both. You send the customer a guided link, or your team uses the same fast flow during an on-site visit. You can enter known customer details beforehand; on site, only the room photos remain.
Do we need an app or training?
No. Movemio runs directly in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. What is entered while mobile is immediately available on the computer. The flow guides step by step and checks the mobile number, date and required fields as they are entered.
